Carolina is a Registered Dietitian and founder of Carov Nutrition Group, licensed in Florida, New York, and Illinois. She offers personalized, evidence-based nutrition care focused on sustainable, realistic changes and a positive relationship with food. With a background in both clinical and critical care nutrition, including a fellowship in the ICU at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Carolina brings deep expertise in managing chronic conditions and supporting long-term health. Originally from Argentina and raised in Miami, she blends cultural awareness with practical strategies to help clients thrive.
