Initial Nutrition Coaching Session 60-minutes
Your first session is a comprehensive deep dive into your health, habits, and goals. We’ll review your current eating patterns, lifestyle, and any lab results, then create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. This session sets the foundation for sustainable, realistic changes and a healthier relationship with food.​
Follow Up Coaching Session 45-minutes
Follow-ups focus on progress, challenges, and adjustments to your plan. We’ll review your successes, troubleshoot obstacles, and refine strategies so you can continue moving toward your health goals with confidence and flexibility.
1-Week Meal Plan
Get a fully individualized, evidence-based meal plan designed just for you. Perfect for trying new strategies, jump-starting your nutrition, or fitting into a busy schedule. Existing clients will need to complete an initial session before receiving their plan.
1-Month Meal Plan
Receive four consecutive, fully individualized 1-month meal plans (totaling 4 months) tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Designed for long-term support, variety, and sustainable nutrition strategies. Existing clients must complete an initial session to start.
